Every item arrives in a nice craft paper box, ready to give it as a gift to yourself or your loved ones!

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-10 working days from our Berlin workshop.

Your order will be sent insured with the DHL standard postal service.
You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange, however this does not apply to made-to-order pieces or custom sizes.
Your jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty, along with a complimentary repair and reconditioning service.
Please note, the warranty does not cover broken gemstones due to wear and tear or accidental damage.
