Where is your jewelry made?

All pieces are handmade by me in my studio in Berlin, Germany. Each item is carefully designed, created, and finished by hand.

Is every piece handmade?

Yes. Each piece is handmade in my studio, which means small variations may occur. These unique details are part of the character and beauty of handmade jewelry.

What materials do you use?

I use sterling silver, gold, gold plating, gemstones, etc. Each product description includes detailed information about the materials used.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes, I offer custom designs and personalised pieces. Please contact me before ordering so we can discuss your idea, materials, timeline, and pricing.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorite piece, select any available options, and add it to your cart. After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help, but handmade or custom orders may begin production quickly.

Can I order a piece as a gift?

Yes. Every order comes in complimentary gift packaging, ready to give to yourself or someone special.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within Germany and Europe.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually prepared within 3–10 business days. After dispatch:

• Germany: approximately 1–3 business days

• Europe: approximately 3–10 business days

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped with DHL insured shipping and include tracking information.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry beautiful for as long as possible:

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, according to our withdrawal policy.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Personalised or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
