Every piece is carefully designed and handcrafted by me in my studio in Berlin. I take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to:

  • Germany

  • European countries

At this time, I do not offer shipping outside Europe.

Processing Time

As every item is handmade, please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

If your order contains a custom or made-to-order piece, processing times may be longer. If this applies, I will let you know before dispatch.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Insured Shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Germany: €5.90

Europe: €9.90

Free shipping on orders over: €250

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply to shipments to countries outside the European Union. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Germany: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, customs processing, or delays with the shipping carrier.

Packaging

Your jewelry is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Every order arrives in complimentary gift packaging, making it perfect for treating yourself or giving as a thoughtful gift.

Returns

I hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Please contact me before sending any item back so I can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
