Sustainability
A part of a stone bracelet, reborn as a ring.
Sustainability is a word that gets used a lot. Sometimes it feels too big, too corporate, too far away from the everyday choices we actually make. At Kokifer, it’s simpler. It’s about doing things with care. Slowly. Thoughtfully. Not wasting what doesn’t need to be wasted.
Most materials are used until the very last piece. Leftovers are saved, reused, or transformed. Silver scraps are melted down and given a second life. Sometimes they come back as completely different pieces—imperfect, a little unexpected, full of character.
Packaging is kept minimal. No plastic. Just what’s needed to keep things safe and feel like a small gift.
Everything is made by hand, in a small studio in Berlin. No factories, no overproduction. Nothing rushed. If something takes time, it takes time. If a piece turns out slightly different than planned, it stays that way.
Sustainability here isn’t a statement. It’s just part of how things are done. Like choosing to walk instead of run. Like keeping the lights low. Like making things that are meant to last, not be replaced.
